There is no "treatment" for thyroid antibodies, other than treating the resulting hypothyroidism, which is what he's doing, with the thyronorm.

Your doctor would prescribe calcium if he thinks you may be losing bone density.  Cholecalciferol is Vitamin D3, which is necessary for proper calcium absorption and deficiency can cause many thyroid like symptoms. Many people with thyroid dysfunction are low in calcium and Vitamin D.

I'm glad your doctor started you on treatment, but I'm a bit concerned, as well, since you have some of the hyper symptoms.

Do you mean 25 mcg, instead of mg?

Some of your symptoms are hypo and others are hyper.  Sounds like you may be swinging back and forth.

You really need to get the TSI test done, to determine if you have Graves Disease, or if it's Hashimoto's, causing the swings to hyper.

Have you had a thyroid ultra sound to determine if you have nodules?  Sometimes, nodules produce hormones, independently of the the thyroid.

Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin = TSI.  TSI is an antibody test and as I stated above, is the definitive test for Graves Disease.  You need to rule out/confirm Graves Disease.

TSI is not the same thing as TSH, which is a pituitary hormone, that stimulates the thyroid to produce thyroid hormones.

What symptoms do you have, other than weight loss?

I'm not sure of your exact problem, because you haven't had all the necessary tests.  As I said above, you need to have a TSI to determine whether or not you have Graves Disease.

Your TGab indicates Hashimoto's, which can be characterized by swings from hyper to hypo and back.

Your TSH, FT3 and FT4 indicate that you may be somewhat hypo.

You have several similar posts going and looking over them, I see that back in Nov, Dr Lupo answered one of your questions, saying that it appears that you may have Graves Disease and may have become hypo as a result of anti-thyroid medication.

Your TGab, indicates Hashimoto's, but you need to have TSI tested, as well, to rule out/confirm Graves, since Hashimoto's can be characterized by periods of hyper alternating with hypo.

Please indicate, what, if any medications you are currently taking, to keep thyroid levels stable.

Your TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 all indicate that you have become hypo, but it's necessary to know whether that's from medication or because your thyroid is no longer producing hormones.

We also need to know how long ago the above tests were taken.

Possibly you have Hasimoto's Thyroiditis. Of course you would have to go over your lab results with your Endocrinologist and he/she would give you a diffinitive diagnosis.  I too have an elevated ATG and thyroid nodules. I will go into hyperthyroid and switch to hypothyroid with very little change in my values. Except for now my TSH is .008. You need to be followed be an endocrinologist because it is an autoimmune disease if that is in fact what you have. Some times lab results need to be repeated several times.
