I would have a ct scan done of the pit. gland as the craniopharyngioma is a type of brain tumor derived from pituitary gland embryonic tissue.They grow from the cells along the pituitary stalk and this is something you have to monitor all your life.
Craniopharyngiomas are usually benign but are known to recur after removal.
You would know the symptoms by now but for the benefit of others, I will list them....

    * Anorexia
    * Balance disorder
    * Dry skin
    * Fatigue
    * Fever
    * Headache (obstructive hydrocephalus)
    * Lethargy
    * Myxedema
    * Nausea
    * Short stature
    * Polydipsia
    * Polyuria
    * Vision loss
    * Vomiting
    * Weight gain
    * Amenorrhea
This is something I would follow up on even though most are benign type cysts, obviously this does affect the pituitary gland to some degree....which in turn would cause the symptoms you have.

When was your last scan?
It should be done yearly.

I am no Doctor butwould advise that you see your Neurosurgeon for a follow up.
