Tell your quack of an endo that when you hold a pillow firmly over his/her face while he/she is sleeping that it could be considered "thyroid induced sleep apnea" too. ;->

did u know that just because we have had thyroid cancer endos exspecially mine chit chats heard of this too thinks its not serious but its still cancer is cancer no matter what kind

LOL I smoke and take birth control, had to laugh at that one. Also sugar is very bad, and probably the source of my headaches, but can't seem to stop the pop habit, not yet

Did you know that just because a certain type of thyroid cancer may be called "non hereditary" you can still get it all throughout your family??

Did you know that sometimes mild hypothyroidism can be reversed if Adrenal Insufficiency is treated?
And if Adrenal Insufficiency is present with hypothyroidism, an adrenal crisis can occur if the patient is not treated with hydrocortisone before levothyroxine.

That if you're lucky (like I was), you can find people like Stella, AR-10, 898, Graveswoman and many others on this forum who will tell you to get a 2nd opinion when your first Endo wants to ablate your thyroid without letting you try ATD's first? These people saved me, and I am eternally grateful.
