Hashimoto's Thyroiditis usually gradually diminishes output of the thyroid gland, causing lower levels of Free T4 and FreeT3, and resultant higher TSH. Sometimes the Hashi's causes nodules that leak hormone faster than normal, causing your thyroid hormone levels to be higher than would be expected. Your ultrasound was reported to show no nodules, but did show leakage. So with the leakage occurring, the usual approach of prescribing thyroid med adequate to suppress TSH and keep it from overstimulating the gland, to stop the resultant inflammation of the gland, does not appear an alternative. So you may have to ask the doctor to consider a small dose of antithyroid med, enough to offset the effect of the high FT4, and see if that improves your symptoms.
For the prostate I expect that the doctor ran a Prostate Specific antigen (PSA) test. That test would not detect an enlarged prostate gland. The doctor will have to do a digital exam to "feel" the prostate to determine if it is enlarged. If so, there are medications to help slow/stop the growth.
What are a couple more tests going to show that is different from what already knows? Sounds like that doctor did no know what to do so just wants to push you off to the Endocrinologist. That might not be a bad thing. Surely she should know more about what to do for you.
Did the doctor have anything to say about the possibility of an enlarged prostate gland?
Seems to me that your Thyroglobulin antibodies test showed Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which would account for inflamed/swollen thyroid, and related leakage. As a result your FT4 is significantly over the range, but fortunately your body is not over-converting to FT3. If it were me I would ask the doctor about that being the scenario and if so, what does he propose to do to eliminate the excess thyroid hormone from the leakage, which is likely causing most of your symptoms. I think it will be very instructive to find out his plan of action.
In addition, your symptoms of "urinating constantly, with also cant go when bladder full" sound like a problem with an enlarged prostate gland. So you need to ask about that as well
aultrasound showing very swollen thyroid, blames all on betablokers

well some nice man on here suggested had hagimotos, ultrasound confirmed hagimotos, yet second encrinologist is saying everything from high tg thyroglobin and swollen thyroid is all down to my high dosage of betablokers.i am more confused than ever now, please someone help

Nothing I have read confirms the Endocrinologist's opinion about the betablockers causing your problems, and that would certainly not account for the high level of thyroglobulin antibodies which indicated Hashimoto's. Did the ultrasound test show nodules on your thyroid gland?
Your bio indicates you are male. Is that correct?
That's unfortunate your (positive) lab work has been dismissed that way. I had positive antibodies as well, also dismissed by doc because my TSH was "high normal". Still haven't got an "official" Hashi diagnosis but treat myself as if I do.
Not knowing your symptoms, hard to say if it sounds like you do have hypo and/or Hashi but from what lab work you have shared, there's a good bet you do have an autoimmune disorder. Even if you can't get treatment for your thyroid directly...it would be a good idea to "treat" yourself for autoimmune disorder, such as autoimmune diet and selenium. I've had good results with this coupled with treatment for hypothyroidism (after switching docs!).
Doesn't really add up does it? I suspect that there were other tests done for TSH and Free T4 that were in range, so the doctor decided nothing further was required at this time. That is wrong if you are having hypo symptoms. So please tell us about any symptoms you have, and also please post any other test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.
