high prolactin level need advice

I’ve been diagnosis with a macroprolactinoma and 1.1 cm cystic pituitary lesion on the 27.11.07  and the doctor prescribed to me Cabergoline 0.25 mg twice weekly, increased for the first month providing this is tolerated to 0.5 mg twice weekly.
On the 30.04.08 my prolactin has fallen from 6000 to 942.
On the 02.09.08: my prolactin has risen to 1142 C (may relate to my omitting only few days) the adenoma had reduced to 7 mm.

On the 06.01.09:  my prolactin level still high 1036 C (new consultant).
As my husband and I wish to have children and I was concern about a side effects and risks been on medication the doctor said that although Cabergoline has not been demonstrated to cause any problems with teratogenicity, Bromocriptine is often substituted as more data is available so I switched to Bromocriptine 1.25 mg for 2 weeks then increased to 2.5 mg and the doctor said that my eventual required dose may be up to 30 mg daily.
On the 26.05.09:  my prolactin level still high  976 C (new consultant).
That was my Doctor diagnosis(few days ago):
Prescribe quinagolinde 25 microg nocte, increasing every 3 days by 25 microg until on maintenance of 100 microg od.This is if I’m unable to tolerate 5mg qds(bromocriptine)because I have responded to 2.5mg, but with some side effects(tiredness, reduced appetite, blurred vision in right eye) .
To make sure that my vision is OK I had recently an eye test, the optician said there is nothing to worry about: R (right) CYL – 0.25 AXIS: 10 It is a lack of sleep (you may be tired) honestly, how could I not be with all what going on with my health and that effects even my life with my husband because we didn’t have sex since I’ve been diagnosis with that high prolactin level…
I’m in need on this moment and I don’t know what to do, I can’t sleep normally please can somebody help me for advice what shall I do? shall I consulte a private specialist(because every time I see a new doctor is it better to consult only one consultant because he/she knows  all about my case or it ok carry on with hospital NHS? should I change hospital?then which one?I’m desperate actually.Thank you for your help.

Here is what I put in yr last posting......

From what I know about prolactin secreting pituitary tumors, normally meds are given to shrink the tumour then it is removed.
Usually the meds are good for shrinking the tumour before surgery and the outcome is good but you do have to be monitored all the time.
Have you seen a Specialist in regards to surgery?
