Hello, I am a 57 yr. old female, just spent 7 days in hospt. swallowing like consuming a bowling ball, pain shoots out ears, ear aches worst from right, and when I bend head, feels like right side is coming aprt, something heavy in there. They have run cat scans. they h ... [More] ad me on thickened diet. I am home now, was in ER for severe stiff neck, couldn't even move, pain was off the chart. Tested me for viral, and spinal menengitis, - negative, gave me tordol injection, it helped. When in hosp, someone said  etc.etc. matheevis (?) gravis. I don't see an association with that, because I am in pain 24/7. Woke up this a.m. with ear ache, I have a appointment with neurologist sept 6th or 8th, I am wondering how this is going to help. No they did not scope my esop. I have Hitial hernia, Have choked off and on with food, just thought it was ? bread especially,  Looked up scoping, and the doc that did my scope last year said he does not need to repeat it, thinks I have a muscular disease. I think it's because maybe he is afraid of hurting me, a tear, I read esop. stretching begins at the botoom, is this right. My neck muscles won't let me turn my head, putting oil in my ear to make it feel better, any air that gets in there, real sensitive, they also gave me 5 mil. of valium a day to relax the muscles so I could swallow. Neuro said I needed to take b12 tablets they perscribed. Why? Guess not enough b12, don't know. Woke up in the hospital about 3rd days with what seemed like a pulled neck muscles, which has turned into a living hell, nothing helps, don't understand why pain shoots out my ears like a spear in them.? I have hasimotos, on 88 mg of ?thyroizidine? a day. Don't understand this neck/shoulder almost paralyzes me, and ear pain, they ran a cat scan, ekg, changed my heart med to coreg, if I got that right, something about ny heart rat3 to low, have su=inkopys about 5 days out of 7. Have LBBB. Left branch bundle block, insurance won't pay to fix it. Also, fall asleep real easy, almost soon as i really relax, feels like they are weighted down, face feels that way. could be old age gravity I thought. I cannot keep going on this way, Please any suggestions, need some help, don't want them labling me with weird stuff, have had head and neck tremors for 6 months now, when under  stress it gets worse. Well that's it, anybody that can point me in sime sort of way, how to help point the way as to help in my on healthcare.  I am deserate here, keep thinking, ok,, this has got to be something simple, some cure, -ok just fell asleep tying one)!!! word, real quick, am I losing my mind here.?
