sever abdomen pain

i am on my period and i have never felt bloated or cramping like this ever before with it sorry TMI FOR THE FELLAS !!! but i have taken ib prophan and it hasent done a thing do i need midole or a stonger over the counter pain reliever? i am in sever pain like cant even get relief laying down :(

I'm sorry :(  The older I get the worse my cramps & bleeding is getting.  Try aleve or rx naproxen.  Feel better soon!
