Please post your actual thyroid test results and be sure to include the reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and must come from your own report.

If your Free T3 and Free T4 levels are not adequate (even though in "normal" range), you could have difficulty getting pregnant and/or carrying a child.

With a TSH of 6.10, I'm guessing that, at best, your FT3 and FT4 are very low in their ranges and therefore, not adequate.

Both PCOS and hypothyroidism can cause problems with getting pregnant.

Are you taking any medications for either the PCOS or hypothyroidism?  Adequate thyroid hormones are critical to the growth and development of a fetus, so do make sure your levels are good, before you get pregnant.

Do you have any other test results than TSH?  You should also be getting tested for Free T3 and Free T4, which are the actual active thyroid hormones.  If you have test results, please post them, along with reference ranges, which vary lab to lab, so must come from your own report.

Do you know if you have an autoimmune thyroid disease?
