Hypo and Pregnancy

Hello all,

Has anyone had any issues with fertility and a high THS level?  I have a 7.627 and just wondering....if that could be an issue?  Thanks!

Hi,
I dont know my sisters numbers, but she was hypo, actually we both have Hashimoto Thyroiditis. You should ask your doc about the target numbers for conception. Sorry, I'm not much help!

Good Luck and God Bless!

Hi - I'm by no means a dr. but I truely believe a whacked out thyroid and pituitary are the root cause of me not be able to conceive. We've been trying 10 years! My sister had the same issues and didnt get pregnant ( by IVF) until she had her thyroid levels all in a normal range. Then after having 1st baby, got pregnant the "old fashioned" way when the 1st baby was only 6 months old!! Dont delay in getting your thyroid under control, if you really want a baby, especially if "age" isnt on your side....I'm 42 now and honestly think my window has passed. :(

Take care and best wishes to you!!
