water retention/bloating what do you think?

while looking up water retention on google i found this

its something i have never read before or heard about what do you think?

I take about 200mg. I hears many go to 600. I alos am weary of mineral supplements so I take the bare minimum

my bloating is quite bad i look pregnant and cant wear any of my rings any more my husband had my wedding ring altered 2 sizes as a surprise and it still doesn,t fit. i think i might give it a go. do you no what dose i would need to take. or if you can take too much. thanks

Very good article. It is concentrated around basel temp and that is a great way to determine many things.

Modern medicine has moved away from basal temps which I feel is sad.

One thing not mentioned and would further check out the doctors website is the effects of unbound magnesium on hypothyroidism

MAgnesium is the PH level balancer for hypothyroid - and if your are not holding on to magnesium as many thyroid patients - then your Ph levels excelerate and bloat and water retention happen - sometimes severe.

I fought many months with bloating and is better now getting on mag.
