At me a problem with lips. I the musician play a wind instrument, lips participate in play. 5 years ago was engaged much and "has changed" lips: sensations have changed at game, notes not always undertake. In 2010 has addressed in polyclinic neurologists recommended neyromidin, then oktalipen. There is an improvement especially from oktalipen. But completely hasn't returned нормальнное a condition. A neuropathy of an obverse or trigeminal nerve. On the first time with a wire stuck into the person and from the different parties different. Then like  Identical in general. Lips as though  tired as boiled water the scalded. Has passed 6 years of a muscle weren't restored. Before once there was a same problem and for a floor of year of a lip were restored. And then at once I the second time have changed. There is from time to time that better that worse. But as a whole it is bad. To me 32 years I play from 8 years a break was with 20 to 25 (has changed in 27 years). In an ideal there should be a sensation that lips are weakened but fit tightly a cane. At the moment of occurrence of a problem I in huge doses was treated for a trichomoniasis by droppers Kliona (metronidazole) and tablets fazigin ornaksogin. It was thus very bad.

I am also a musician and a singer. I know how hard it is when you want to make music but you know that you can't or you will trigger pain. Please forgive me if I am not fully understanding but I think you are saying that before the drugs, one side of your lips was different than the other but after the drugs they tested the same? Also, your lips feel like they are made of dust or that they have no muscle tone?

I don't feel of a pain. I feel that my lips as though are made of the test. The doctor checked 2 years ago sensitivity of the nervous terminations on the person and there was a non-uniformity in comparison on the right and at the left. After drug intake other doctor checked as well sensation from both parties the identical. What is MRI?

I am sorry to hear you have been going through this for so long and that it is affecting your music, it is hard enough for people to deal with in daily life without adding that element to it.
There are parts of your information I do not fully understand although I am trying.
You say you had wires in your lips. Was this acupuncture? Nerve conduction tests? I am not familiar with your drugs either. Was your diagnosis trigeminal neuraglia? Is it only in your lips? Do you have pain elsewhere? One side or two?
Have you had an MRI or other diagnostic tests?
