I have a small, movable *something* around my collarbone. *can slide around under my skin, stays in the same area; left side* *noticed it there for years... 3... 4... 5... 6? don't know exactly how long*
Most of the time I don't even notice it under my collarbone, although there are days when it comes out from hiding and sits on top of my collarbone. Can be annoying on days that it pops up simply because I become cautious and try not to move my arm too high *causing it to move around my collarbone* or move my head too rapidly *same effect* *hasn't happened in a while... over a month, at least*. I suppose the sliding sensation of it moving above/below my collarbone on these days is the only reason I notice it at all.
Before a few minutes ago I would have claimed that it disappeared completely except on the few days it's popped up, but I just went feeling for it before this post and felt it sitting below my collarbone, although it was without the inclination to move around my collarbone *still moved, just wouldn't stay on top of my collarbone as it would on problem days* and it seemed smaller than I remember *Might just be my imagination* -probably dime-sized *can't seem to find it again atm* but seemed, at least penny-sized on the problem days, if not a bit bigger *Again, might've been Imagination*

Occasionally I'm feeling a *sharp?* pain in my chest... maybe every couple days/every week? Haven't taken too much notice *last happened about half an hour ago*. Last it happened it was on the left side, maybe where the heart is, maybe a little lower; can't say for sure if it has been in the same spot, haven't paid too much attention to it until now. I'm not sure how to rate the pain... it's not too severe, just scares me a bit. It's not triggered by any amount of physical activity, in fact it seems to be the opposite. It seems to happen after I've been still for a while, although not until I try to move. If I try to move my arm up or sit up or any action, really, that would move the chest *maybe even a big breath of air* then I'll feel it. It's a sharp enough pain to get me to stop in my tracks *which stops the pain* simply because I'm scared to stimulate it any further... but eventually I've learned that the pain doesn't get worse with movement, and in fact, a quick stretch back and the pain will disappear. Maybe something to do with the muscles in the area; possibly because of my, often uncomfortable, positions? Certainly doesn't seem to me that any heart-related troubles would by stimulated by movement such as that, and then cease after a stretch, but wanted to hear what someone else had to say.
