A lot of symptoms, but no answers!

I have been experiencing a lot of sickness over the last few months and a lot of symptoms that are concerning me and I wondered if anyone out there had been experiencing the same thing and had some answers or know what it may possibly be? Here are my symptoms: leg and arm weakness, muscle aching, fatigue, dizziness and lightheaded at times, my left eyelid became very swollen over the last 24 hrs or so-is red, burning, itching and painful, watering a lot also, tingling in the lower part of my left arm close to my hand, blood in my right nostril for at least a month or so, headaches and sinus pressure-especially over the right eye, nausea, flu like symptoms, dry mouth, frequent urination, soar throat at times, and drainage. I know this is a lot of symptoms, but it really has me concerned. I do have fibromyalgia, so I know some of it could be that. I am a little concerned about it being a brain tumor. If anyone out there has been experiencing the same thing or has some answers for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I also have had some crazy symptoms since April and have been to the ER 4 times because of hight heart rates and just not feeling well one bit. I highly recommend seeing your primary care physician and then he or she can refer you for testing and to specialists. Best wishes and I hope you feel better soon!

Just out of curiosity, have you been to see a physician about this? I've never experienced anything like this, but my boyfriends sister has lupus, and she has alot of the symptoms you are talking about. Another thing, is that lupus is sometimes misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia the first go round. Not trying to scare you, just trying to point out that if you haven't been to the doctor you should.
