Broken

So since I was 15 I was diagnosed with endometriosis and that was really my only problem other than the normal teenage bumps and bruises from being a cheerleader.  Well after having my first child at 19 I started having lots of issues and it has just progressed from there.  I have had a hysterectomy due to the Endo, I have been diagnosed with IBS, Asthma, Migraines, PTSD, and Major Depression, but I have lots of pains in my right side all the time in right lower quadrant around where my ovary's are (I still have them) and it radiates up and into my back where my kidneys are.  It's just constant pain all the time and then I get the sharp pains off and on throughout the day.  I get migraines almost daily, My chest almost always hurts and my body is always achy all over.  My muscles and joints are constantly hurting.  I am always fatigued and feel like I never get enough sleep and was diagnosed with nightmares and told I only slept an hour out of eight.  With the pain though I have had a crap load of radiological exams and they have found NOTHING.  I guess I am just sick and tired of being in pain and being tired all the time.  I am a young mother of two children and I should be fun and energetic and active.  Not tired and wanting to rest all the time.  I am active duty air force so I do work and on 12 hour shifts but I can't do a pt test to save my life.  If I run or work out i get dizzy and lightheaded and pass out.  Can anyone tell me what is wrong with me?  It's enough to just make me cry and never see a doctor again....

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Some of the conditions with widespread body and joint aches are anemia, thyroid disease, fibromyalgia(a disorder classified by the presence of chronic widespread pain and tactile allodynia (pain even on touching)  ,chronic fatigue syndrome (often manifests with widespread myalgia and arthralgia, cognitive difficulties, chronic mental and physical exhaustion) , polymyositis (means 'many muscle inflammation') and polymyalgia rheumatic a (an inflammatory disorder that causes widespread muscle aching and stiffness, primarily in your neck, shoulders, upper arms, thighs and hips. It literally appears overnight, but the cause may be a problem with the immune system, perhaps involving both genetic and environmental factors).
Complete physical examination along with investigations like ESR blood, hemoglobin count, thyroid profile, platelet count Rheumatoid factor, creatine kinase, electromyography and muscle biopsy may be needed to make a diagnosis. Please consult a physician for that.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
