Bumps around my Labia

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and have recently noticed these strange flesh colored bumps around my Labia. I had gone to the ER because I thought I was going into labor pre-term. Turned out just to be false labor. But the ER doctor asked me how long I have had these bumps on my labia. She kind of scared me when she asked, but I told her I have noticed them since the 3rd trimester began. Then she dropped the conversation. I am getting my strep-b test done at my next doctors appointment (next week). But I am worried since the ER doctor seemed concerned.
They are flesh colored bumps that come in different sizes. They kind of seem like ingrown hair but they dont have that white puss. I popped one of them, thinking it was an ingrown hair and blood kept coming out along with this hard ball type substance. It kind of reminded me of what it is like to pop a black head. I will talk to my doctor about this when I see her next, but I am just concerned if this is Herpes or Warts. When I searched it, those where the only two things that pop up. So of course I am worried now.
But I have never noticed these ever before and just started getting noticeable. Please help! Thanks!
(this is my first pregnancy)

It could be herpes, it could be warts. Both of which are treatable and controllable.  It could also be as simple as acne.... genital acne presents differently than acne on your face. The ones I've gotten are deep and cyst-like.

Any type of new development should be reported to your doctor though.  It may or may not be something you need to be concerned about in a long term, but since it wasn't there at the beginning, I would definitely let the doctor know it's there now!  Keep an eye on them and make sure they're not getting larger. :)

Good luck and keep us posted!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Well, yes herpes and warts can be a possibility and so also Hidradenitis suppurativa and boils. In pregnancy blood sugar level goes up and cause boils. Also some rashes are common to pregnancy. Please consult your gynecologist and go for swab test for herpes and HPV. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining. Take care!
