Strange head sensation

I’m 19 years old and I have had this strange fluid sensation in my head for around 3 years. It feels like fluid is in my skull and then goes into my ear but nothing actually comes out. I have pressure in my head and when I bend over and stand up it throbs. I have had 2 CT scans and I have been seen by a neurologist and she said it is migraines and stress. I have SVT (fast heart problems) I was wondering if anyone could help or if anyone has had similar issues and this is driving me insane!

Have you been able to reduce the load of stress on you since the neurologist mentioned that as a cause?  Are you taking anything for your migraines?

Yes, I had to quit my job as it was getting worse. I forgot to mention it is only on the right side of my head and hurts more in the day rather than the morning. I’m not taking anything for this..
