Flesh colored series of bumps behind my left ear?

Hello, I have had 2 noticeable to the touch bumps behind my ears for a while now. (years) i havent paid much interest to them because i thought it was always just a vein, or a protruding vein. they arent very large. I started becoming concerned about 2 days ago when i was feeling it and then felt behind my right ear in the same area. their is nothing their.

They dont itch or cause me pain. they are very close together. Here is a link to a picture of what they look like.

If anyone has had a similar issue, what could this be? do i have skin cancer? should i go have this checked out? or is it simply just bumps i revieved naturally the same as a mole or birthmark? i am very concerned about this issue and any advice on what to do and what it is would really help!

thankyou all so much!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since the lumps are close to ear pierce, it is possible that they are probably lymphnodes or skin thickenings due to allergic reactions. The other possibilities are lipomas and neurofibromas. Since they have been there for years, ask your doctor to take a look at them. Immediately consult a doctor in they increase in number, start to itch, bleed or change color. Take care!
