Did anyone also encounter back pain?

guys can somebody please help me what medicine will help me relieve my back pain. it doesnt stop hurting me.
they said i should lay at bed so it can help to relax my back but it didnt work cuz it still hurts. :( it hurts when i breath when i turn from side to side and turn my head back :( i also encounter hard breathing speacially when using stairs and sometimes when i cough theres a time tht it seems im gunna die breathing :(

First off you need to talk to ur dr about ur breathing cuz that needs to be tended to. After that I´d try gabapentin it's not a narcotic but strong shouldn't hurt ur breathing it will tend to ur nerves that could be the pain ur having
