Doctors haven't diagnosed me

I spent a week in the hospital last month for my current symptoms and was never diagnosed, and discharged. I received blood work results from my primary care and they too are having a hard time diagnosing me. My Hemoglobin is 10.8 MCV 77 MCH 24.3 Platelets 509 Neutrophils (absolute) 7.2 monocytes 1.1 Protein, Total, Serum 8.7 Globulin Total 4.8 A/G Ratio 0.8.... these are all the abnormalities, any ideas what I could be suffering from? I have constant chest pain, diziness, headaches, joint pain, high  resting heart rate, low BP, fevers, chills, fatigue.

Hello~Normally, when blood work comes back "abnormal" the physician will discuss the results with the patient and give suggestions on what the next step should be. You may very well be suffering from a condition called "Fibromyalgia" this can cause many of the symptoms you are describing. I would certainly talk to your doctor or his nurse about the test results and ask about the possibility of your having Fibromyalgia.
