Does anyone have a RF (rheumatoid factor) of 450?

Hello.I am a 19 year old male. I joined this group because I most likely have an autoimmune disease, but not certain. Recent blood tests revealed I had an elevated RF (rheumatoid factor) of higher than 450 (I asked for a copy of the results, it says >450 on RF latex). IgM is 2.8 (elevated) and calprotectin from stool sample is 90 (slightly elevated).Basically I'm looking for some closure, I am very curious to if anyone has experienced any of the same symptoms as I have:

- Debilitating fatigue, everyday activity is very difficult
-Daytime sleepiness
- Poor memory
- Poor concentration
- Random attacks of muscle aches all over my body. I can feel aches constantly, but it's mild. When the attacks hit it becomes much worse.
- Numbness and tingling in hands and feet
- Excessive flatulence / gas (near constant now)
- Changes bowel movements (every three days, or once each day, but little and with straining. Also, fatty stools (sorry if this is too much info!)

I have one other issue, but I'm not sure if it is related to the acid reflux I have, but I'll mention it anyway:

- Mucus stuck in throat, difficulty swallowing food, need to flush with water, otherwise food gets stuck.

The sleepiness and fatigue, and the flatulence I've had for at least 5 years and they are progressive. They are getting worse over time. The other symptoms I have had for a shorter period of time.
