Look pregnant 6 months after miscarriage not preg

First I am not pregnant since I just got over my menstrual.  I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks long 6 months ago and since then I look like I am two to three months preg and look even bigger one week before and after a mentstrual. I am 43 years old with 20 pounds gained since miscarriage and all seems to be on my stomach. I have always been a bean pole so now it looks like I am one of those bloated children on the "save the children" commerical. In the past two years I have had to deal with LEEP due to CN3 dysplacia, a laproscopy to remove right ovary and tube and then a miscarriage.  I had my phyical about a month ago all is still normal there but can not understand why I look pregnant. My menstruals have been odd (pass more clots - debry then blood) and the pressure on my bladder and bowels is something else to say the least.  Wondering if my uterus is enlarged or fibroids seen in ultrasound at miscarriage ER visit are growing, either the culprits?????

Sounds like you need an extensive ultrasound done immediately, and remember just because you have a period doesnt always mean your not pregnant. I am 44 yrs old and since i turned 40 my whole body has changed, it could be bowels blocked, my doctor gave me glycolax because I have a elongated colon shown by having a colonoscopy which is something you may need to have done also.

Did they do a DNC? But just so you know starting at 35(yrs) Metabolism slows down quite a lot and by 40 it starts to decrease faster with the removal of your right ovary and tube & the baby weight………it all adds up. While you’re working out change your crabs- Don’t eat anything that is white. Instead of baked white potato do sweet potato-white bread to wheat or whole grain-white sugar to stevia and so on….Nothing white, I promise you WILL see a difference and if you don’t, there is more to it. Good Luck

Talked to my family doc and he suggests a hormone inbalance, not enough protegin (sp?), and to seek my gyno, so set up an appnt. to see her.  I realize the pregnancy, though as short as it was, could of finally helped slow down my rapid metabolism (one of those people who could eat anything and not gain weight). I am just concerned that is all in my belly at the belly button down... no weight developing on my love handles, butt, and etc.  Anyhow thanks to everyone who replied, your comments are very much appreciated.
