HELP

ive been having alot of pain in my foot , epecially when i move my foot upwards, it seems to be going up my leg.. what could this be?? im really scared of blood clots

Also Its almost as is If I can feel the blood run throughout my leg

It's warm not swollen or red I'm thinking it might be an infected nerve ?

Is it swollen, red, or warm? those are the classic symptoms of a blood clot usually. Hope this hellps.
