What are these symptoms?

My nightmare started after being kissed by a nasty old gay man. Following this I had many symptoms that made me scare about HIV. I tested negative 4 times at 4, 6, 10 and 13 weeks.

My symptoms are the following:

White coated tongue (Appeared about 2 weeks after the kiss) which is all over the tongue but thicker at the back.
Swollen tongue (my tongue is bigger than normal and has scalloped edges in the sides caused by teeth marks)
Swollen taste buds at the back
I get sores in my tongue especially in the tip of my tongue which is red
I think I have felt pain in my salivary glands
Halitosis
Bad taste in mouth
Changed flavors when tasting food
Dry mouth feeling
Foamy saliva
Chronic sore throat (Appeared the next day after the kiss and has not gone away, although I think it was slightly sore before the kiss - has persisted for 3 months)
Stuffy nose, especially when laying down
I feel phlem from my nose to my throat all the time (Post nasal drip?)
Sometimes I get like little white mucus inside my mouth

I have been given nystatin and it doesn't go away and fluconazole for 4 days and it did nothing either. The ENT doctor said it might be reflux or allergy but his treatments didn't work.

What could this be? I'm losing everything in my life... Including my peace.

Please help me!!!

It's probably a bacterial or fungal infection resistant to treatment. You should have some lab work done to identify the specific microorganism that's causing all this.

Thank you for your answer.

I have been taking B vitamins for about 3 weeks. If it was caused by vitamin deficency should my symptoms have already been cleared by now?

Sounds like a B vitamin deficiency to me.

Google your symptoms and "B12" or "B9" and you'll find sources like WebMed and MayoClinic  sources that say it's likely a B vitamin deficiency.
