I can't stop itching my labia!

I'm so desperate. I've had a relentlessly itchy labia for months now and it's really starting to depress me. I've tried so many things. It's not a thrush and I've taken thrush medication. I tried using hydrocortisone cream but it hasn't worked and I'm scared to continue using it because of the side effects it warns of. My labia is constantly itchy, more particularly so at night. I've snapped pics of it so I can get a better look and it's red raw down there with lots of raw sore spots and small fissures from where I've just torn myself apart. I've tried sudocrem to heal it but all that seems to happen is it gets clogged in my hairs and in the creases of my legs/vulva. My vulva lips have started to look very wrinkly and almost shrunken. I know it's probably the silliest thing in the world but I'm super embarrassed about going to the doctor about it. I'm just so so depressed and sore to the point where it hurts to walk. It had cleared up for a couple weeks, although the joins of my legs were still very red and tender, but I was so so grateful for the relief. Now I'm miserable again - help!

You might have estrogen deficiency.

I have the same problem. Except my labia swells. I already use sensitive everything, because this use to be a problem a year ago. Recently, I have been sick in bed. My labia was so itchy 24/7. I could not wear pant or panties. Now I am capable of wearing boxers, and baggy boy clothes. You might have to change your wardrobe. You should see your doctor to make sure you don't have a infection.

It could be your laundry detergent, especially fabric softener. When I stopped using softener on my underwear the itching down there also stopped. It could also be bacterial vaginosis (different from yeast. Or Trich) The only way to know for sure is for a dr to check you out.
