Itchy red spots and circles on hands an feet
Hi. Recently I have noticed red spots on my hands and feet that get super itchy at night. The more I itch the more sore the spots get. Sometimes there just red spots, other times they will be white circles with red in the center.It seems to maybe get worse when I eat something sugary and I tried to ignore it until one of the circles appeared on my finger. I have a picture if that helps it not graphic or anything its just a picture of my finger with the circle thing. Not sure how to upload it tho.
There are some difficulties posting photos on the site, they have to be only a certain amount of pixels and lately everything I've tried to post has had too many! lol
See a dermatologist. It could be a fungus, insect bites, allergy, or something else. You can test the fungus theory at home by using a cream for jock itch or athlete's foot, but I wouldn't waste the time. I'd just go see a doc. Good luck!
