I would seek a Herbal or Natural medicine store nearby, they can suggest a lotion if it is only external symptoms, but you should still let your doctor know what is going on. Meanwhile use only Dove soap when bathing it does not irritate the skin, and rub a little bit of olive oil on the affected area. There is a cream that does miracles on skin healing, its called "Egyptian Magic" and is sold at your local Whole Foods Market. Hope this helps and you feel better!
if its not dry skin or your bra that is rubbing it i would put some anti itch cream on it it if it pursists longer than a week see a do
Hi it might be an infection or something just irretating it like bra for instance dont sound like anything serious though if still worried can try getting checked out of doctor...
Hello,
Itching on the nipple can be due to cloth allergy , contact dermatitis to the bra, soaps, detergents, eczema, fungal infection or Paget’s disease of the nipple. Wear cotton clothes and apply warm compresses and topical antiseptics on the area. Then apply some topical antibiotics cream like Neosporin. For the eczema, apply hypoallergenic moisturizers and topical steroids after consulting a dermatologist. You can take some antihistaminics to relieve the itching.
If the symptoms are severe and there is deep cracking then Paget’s disease has to be ruled out. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing.
