awkward "why cant I finish" question.

Hello, I am using my girlfriends account to ask this... but I am 21, have heart problems, and depression. I take an anti depressant and my normal heart medication. Neither one has side effects in relation to this... but I can't ejaculate. Ever. I have had sex with only 3 other girls. Once for ach. My girlfriend and I are my first long term relationship. She is very experience and I am not. I never really "finished" before. Ever. In my life. I never had foreplay before I was with her. Just 5 minute sessions with each girl I was with but never finished. Now, my girlfriend is very concerned because no matter how hard to works to please me, I try so hard to push the *** out and I just can't! I love her so much and we are waiting until we want to start a family to have sex. To make it special. She has been on birth control for a few years now but she isn't going off her shots until we are ready for children, just incase. She turns me on every time I see her being sexy for me, like its mind blowing that I can't finish! I can when I masturbate no problem.. but not when I am being pleasured? SHE DOES SO WELL but I won't finish? This makes no sense. Help.

Hi,

As above im surprised at your comments, Antidepressants can have a very direct effect on both sex drive and ability to orgasm, heart medications and depression can too. If you let it become a worry that wont help either.

Its always easier by yourself. I take If you are like me and then take your meds in to consideration it sounds fairly normal and nothing to worry about.

I'd consider yourself lucky you have a girlfriend who tries so hard, try not to make a big deal of it. and perhaps try helping her help you :)

I'm surprised you say your antidepressant  "doesn't have side effects in relation to this".  I don't know which one you're on,  but antidepressants cause inorgasmia,  the inability to orgasm.

It's such a common problem with antidepressants that usually doctors tell you about it,  and often people go off antidepressants because of it.

Google whatever  med you're on and sexual dysfunction and see.
