I uploaded them here https://imgur.com/a/PVzpqdD , they should be visible. To me it looks like one of the vertebrae fractured, causing a disk herniation visibly pushing into the spinal cord. I don't recall any traumatic injury in my life that could cause this, except one time when i fell down some stairs as a 6 year old boy. And the MRI i mentioned was taken to take a look at the intestine for other reasons, but in one of the imaging series they took a view from the side which shows my spine and the thing i'm worried about. The radiologist back then focused on the intestine and didn't say anything about my spine. Besides the symptoms i mentioned, i do also have gastrointestinal complains and my heart rate is very dysregulated. It shoots up quickly with very slight physical exertion, and i am not overweight either (BMI < 24 )
