I need help!!!

Well I've had pain in my head for ages now and it's a rather strange headache because it is a dull pain that will suddenly shoot into severe stabbing pain and back down to dull pain. Medications don't really work and the pain hasn't gone away for a few months. I've also experienced dizziness, a very painful neck, nausea and diarrhea! I can't eat much and sometimes I throw up after eating.
I'm 15 and very school orientated so it's hard to concentrate on school work with all this going on, I just need to see if anyone has any answers that could point me in the right direction of what's wrong!!! Please help!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi-I am not a medical doctor, instead I am a veterinarian. I would see your physician, get a complete blood panel and be sure to have your blood pressure and thyroid levels checked.

Stress can cause severe headaches and there are many ways to learn to deal with this. High blood pressure and thyroid conditions as well as various medications and vitamin supplements can also be a cause.
Should you and your doctor discover that these are migrane headaches, there are various medications and natural remedies to consider.
Best Wishes
