Should I get another CT scan of pineal cyst?

Two years ago I discovered I have a 12 mm pineal cyst. At the time my neurologist told me it wouldn't cause any problems. Recently I have noticed headaches that feel like pressure at the back of my head near my neck, difficulty concentrating/sitting still, and decreased depth perception. Do you think there's a chance that my cyst has grown? Should I get another CT to see if it has grown? If it has grown what might the doctor say regarding treatment?

Follow-up imaging of the cyst is often recommended,
specially in cases like yours, considering the presentation of your recent symptoms, even if pineal cysts generally do not cause such symptoms or complications.

The neurologist should be able to rule in or out  further enlargement of your pineal cyst and diagnose the exact cause of you symptoms, which BTW may take some time.

While considering your options or waiting for an appointment, pay extra attention to lifestyle factors
such as sleep, nutrition, alcohol & caffeine consumption,
fitness, stress, etc. Optimizing your lifestyle can only help.

Best wishes,
Niko
