I'm at my breaking point

For the past year and a half I've been having unusual symptoms everyday I have these lightheaded spells that come and go I have heavy head and ear pressure constantly and my ears are always popping my muscle have been twitching everywhere off and on for about 6 months and I've been having these needlike sensations off and on everywhere for about 2 months and I'm always in like a fog I can never concentrate on anything and my eyes feel strained all the time and I'm in pain all the time all my joints and muscle hurt all the time. I've been to a PCP I've had lists of tests CBC cmp thyroid tests urine tests Elisa and western blot for Lyme RA panel ANA test crp test all that was normal. I've seen a neuro and had a MRI that was clean and both physical exams were good and I had a eeg that was clean. I've also seen a GI doc had a endoscopy and colonoscopy which were good besides a colon polyps that was noncancerous and removed. I was tested for Celiac's disease and it was negative. I'm so stressed out that they can't find what's wrong I'm so miserable everyday....... I can't take it much longer has anyone felt like this or got any suggestions

It's weird I came across this post. I have been having things happening to my body which I forgot some of my symptoms until I read your post. But it reminded  a nurse asked if I could possible have fibromyalgia when I told her my symptoms. I researched it(I don't think in have it). But you seem to have a good amount of the symptoms. Here's is a couple links(make sure on the second link you keep scrolling because it shows your symptoms)

I'm sorry I'm no doctor or the best with grammar lol but I think it's worth looking into. Hope everything works out.

I highly suggest you look into Lyme disease.  The testing for Lyme disease is only 50 percent accurate.  So just because you tested negative doesn't mean you are really negative.

Lyme disease can cause all the symptoms you are having.  Trust me I know from personal experience because I had it undiagnosed and it was awful and I was miserable just like you with no answers

There's a great Lyme disease section right here on MedHelp.  Check it out and post in there! There's alot of very helpful people in that section

Good luck and hang in there!
