I'm having issues with my entire body and I don't know what to do.

Hello. I have been having issues with multiple parts of my body and I have no awnsers. I don't know what's happening as nothing is needed to trigger the issues so I'll just list the symptoms and I hope someone can help because I'm in constant pain. I'm lightheaded and dizzy, I have constant migraines, my energy dwindles and spikes randomly leading to random bouts of exhaustion and energy bursts, its hard to move and some limbs will go numb at times. I also lost over 80 pounds in under two weeks and I'm having trouble keeping it above 192..if anyone has awnsers that'd be nice

You lost EIGHTY pounds in two weeks? If that's not a typo, you need to get to the emergency room as soon as possible.  If you mean eight pounds, that's still significant, but not an emergency.

It really sounds like you need to see a doctor soon. They'll want to run some tests so they can rule in/out possible causes.  Without those tests and the results, it's really not possible to determine what's going on with your body.

I had read that as being a voice-to-text software mistake. Yes, if it's really 80, you do need to be seen as an emergency case.
