I have had sex in Western Europe with sex workers but always with condomns on

Recently i am experiencing pain in knee and wrist with no other symptoms , Earlier i was regularly exercising but now i have stopped , is it possible that the pains could be because of these problems

You had protected sex and if your protection did not fail, you are safe. Seek medical help for your joint pain, certainly not due to HIV.
