Pain behind the knees

I've been having pain behind my knees for almost a month now.If I rest for a while & then move around for 10 minutes around my house, then I have no pain but if i walk or stand for more than that,i have pain. It's getting worse every day & sometimes the pain spreads to my calf. I went to the doctor, she ordered a Vitamin D test & I got 20.I had a vitamin D deficiency before & it was 11 and it didn't hurt that much and I could walk and run .My joints did hurt every now and then but it's not constant & this much pain.  Also like, it hurts more when i bend my knees and if i put more weight in one foot, the knees of that leg hurts more .
There is no swelling or redness. I haven't got any injuries. I tried taking paracetamol and it did not work so maybe it is a vitamin d deficiency but im open to get a second opinion.

Here is a general list of knee conditions from a different website. I hope the vitamon D is the answer because the list doesn't suggest anything that sounds closer. https://www.webmd.com/pain-management/knee-pain/ss/slideshow-why-knees-hurt
