What is it? Help for six year old.

My six-year old daughter three weeks ago had a pink small bump on her arm, didn't itch, no fever, that then developed a whitehead on it, I popped it, came out a lot of white pus, just like a white head now  it is purple, not raised but has some small little white/pearlized color bumps around it. It is also hard underneath no fever, doesn't itchit she says it doesn't hurt. What is it.

When i was 12 i had pre skin cancer cells on my head.  One was big and the other was small and looked like a pimple.  They removed it never had a problem.  My mom recently discovered she had skin cancer.  When she found the first lump they treated it as a spider bite at the hospital 3 times until it didnt go away so then she found out it was cancer.  I dont want to scare you and a lump like that could be all sorts of things but i guarantee you if you take her to a dermatologist (skin doctor) they will scrape it, autopsy, and know for sure.  They can normally tell jus by looking so if you wanna be on the safe side and get it takin care of quit then thatd be a good idea to go to a skin doctor that sees it all the time.

My son had something similar and the doctor's said it was impetigo.  You probably should get it checked out because if it goes untreated it can spread to other parts of the body. My son is 2 so he can't really tell me how he feels yet but he also had no fever or itching that I could tell.  It started out looking like pimple then got the white head.  I ignored it for days thinking that's all it was til one morning he woke up and it was purplish blue with little blister looking things around it.  If it's impetigo they have cream you put on like twice a day.  We also had an oral antibiotic because the cream wasn't helping. I believe my son's was the result of a spider bite.
