Left arm

What would cause your left arm to ache and feel heavy at times? I have recently had an ekg and blood work that all came back fine. It seems to come a go throughout the day. I have recently been diagnosed with a sinus infection, a vitamin d deficiency and possible secondary polycythemia. I'm just scared because every time you try to find a reason it says heart rates.

Hello~Have you had an echocardiogram? This is a more thorough exam of the heart, valves and blood flow. If that comes back normal, then I would see a chiropractor, you may have misplaced vertebrae in your upper back.

Also, start taking a Vitamin/mineral supplement, making sure you are getting enough Vitamin D, it is not healthy to be low in it as it helps metabolize calcium and magnesium, both are heart minerals.
