I also experience daily lightheadidness and a lot of fatigue.. do you know know what your blood pressure is? being light headed and dizzy is almost always associated with blood flow to the brain and if your blood pressure is low it can cause that sensation.. I would recommend seeing your doctor, there could be a hormonal imbalance going on or a number of different things... keep me posted on what you find out and best of luck to you!

This you need a medical diagnosis but from my experiance I suffer from this you could be low on iron or have an iron deficiency or low BP or you may have a thyroid problem. Try to increase your iron intake try proferin iron it's easyer on your tummy and easily absorbed in your body what will help big time too especially for you bein tired B12 do the injection it works faster and absorbed better in your body also B6 helps. I hope that helps let me know.
