Low-grade fever for month

Hello,
I have had a low-grade fever for a month, with intense body aches in my back, neck, legs that don't go away with pain pills. I have had a sever headache for a month, with  nausea.
I have had a clear CAT scan of the brain and abdomen, with a clear spinal tap.
It seems to be getting worse, i can barely walk to the bathroom.
Any ideas...
I'm taking Prochlorporazine for nausea, which helps, but the doctor has me on tramadol which doesn't help the pain in my body at all.
My white blood cell count is 5.5. The only slightly abnormal count in so many many blood tests.
Thank you for your time and advice.
I really appreciate it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Swollen lymph nodes across multiple areas or generalized lymphadenopathy can be due to viral infections such as mono or EBV or cytomegalovirus or due to bacterial infections like TB.  HIV or AIDS, leukemia, lymphomas and other cancers can also be a cause. This could also be due to inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. It is difficult to determine the cause on net. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
