pressure in the head

Weakness or partial paralysis/stroke-like symptoms

Lightheadedness, wooziness

Sudden jerking of fingers or entire limbs

Unexplained weight gain, loss

Unexplained fevers (high or low grade)

Continual infections (sinus, kidney, eye, etc.)

Symptoms seem to change, come and go

Increased floating spots

Over sensitivity to light

Flashing lights

Ringing in one or both ears

Heart palpitations or extra beats

Mood swings, irritability, rage

Memory loss (short or long term)

Confusion, difficulty in thinking, brain fog

Unexplained hair loss

Headaches, mild or severe

Twitching of facial or other muscles

Unexplained menstrual pain, irregularity

Sore throat, hoarseness

anemia

Overemotional reactions, crying easily Too much sleep, or insomnia

Shortness of breath, cough

I have type 2 diabetes, PCOS , allergies and hypertension.  Some of the symptoms started when a doctor switched me back and forth from different antibiotics for a month or so.  I've had my thyroid test before and what they tested for was fine.

What should I have my doctor test me for?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
I am sorry to see you suffering so much and equally sorry to say that the symptoms have a very varied presentation. In the present scenario let your diabetes specialist rule out peripheral neuropathies due to diabetes. Also you should test for MS, Lyme’s, BIH or benign intracranial hypertension, compression of nerves high up in cervical spine, Vit D deficiency, Vit B12 deficiency, electrolyte imbalance and hypothyroidism of autoimmune origin like Hashimotos.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
