Mid Shin Lump

I have a soft spongy lump sticking out of my mid shin around 1/2 an inch. No pain at all, but when pushed in i can feel the shape of an outline thats jagged. Feels like fluid. Also when walk at pace have the feeling of pressure within the shin itself.

Any Ideas

have lump on shin that has been there for weeks after a bump,  the lump is misshapen and raised about an inch, will go down with pressure, but comes back, little pain
