Mysterious bug under my skin, crawling on my scalp
This is my first post, I've been reading this forum for about a month now, reading about evetything from how to cure scabies to mites.
I'm 27 years old, live in Dallas Texas and here is my story...
First, we've always had a fly problem at every house we go to. You know, the little fruit fly looking things. However, we're not big fruit eaters and don't have any out. They seem to love the trash and the sink (different fly?).
Up to 6 months ago I felt like a bug was crawling on me when I sat on my couch and bed (different apartment), our first assumption was bed bugs and we treated the house (using bombs) for these, the crawling feeling slowed but never fully stopped.
We recently moved (2 months ago) and I felt the same thing on the couch and bed, even worse actually. So much so that we had to throw the couch out. The couch had a mattress in it, it ended up staying out back for a little while until one day I looked out there and it had little black bugs crawling all over it. During this time it seemed I ws being attacked at night by whatever this is, constant crawling all over my head. I usually stay up late to work (upwards of 5AM sometimes) and the entire time this crawling is going on. When I get in the bed it's even worse.
Now here we are at present day. Three days ago I started feeling like whatever this was is now in my skin (I'm certain of it), It's under the skin on my face, my scalp, my back, my toes, and my feet. I can feel it crawling in and out of my anus at times also.
Went to the dermatoligist today and of couse he says it's my imagination, some people get it. He's subscribed me some DEXEPIN for depression. :( Funny thing is I'm not depressed, my life was quite good until this bug showed up.
I can feel them crawling under my skin, they hang out in my ear (not sure if under the skin or just in the canal) all day, it's gross. No one in the house (my wife and 3 kids) can feel them. My wife has bites all up and down her legs and even a protruded ring looking this on her forearm.
As you might have imagined I'm loosing my mind and life, nothing is the same. And now that the doctor says it's my imagination I cant even get my mom or wide (even though she has a lot of bites) to believe what I'm feeling is real. This makes everything 99.9% harder.
At first I thought it was bird mites (lots of trees around our apartment), then I thought scabies (becuase I can see tracks under my skin), and now I'm thinking it's some kind of fly. There are flys everwhere in this apartment. The disposal was broken when we moved in and it had flies coming out, they are still around even today (and it's broken again). The bathroom has the flies, in fact, there are several dead in the tub.
I spray the tub down with bleach/water after getting out and noticed when I spray the faucet part some of it turns black (black mold?).
Could this be a bot fly? What do I need to do to get rid of it. Now that the dermatologist was no hope (second doc I've seen, first gave me Pemethrin which did not work) I was thinking of ordering some Stromectol / Ivermectin and Green Kleen Green online.
Recently I had jock itch for the first time in my life, had been taking Gris Peg (Griseofulvin) when this all started to intensify. Please if anyone has been through anything like this offer your sound advice.

I have this too it's not psychological. The government and big pharma co. has been cross breeding bugs and playIng god. The outcome is never good. I had a case of what I thought was normal lice then one night I woke up with the feeling of hundreds of tiny spiders crawling on me and entering anal. I have rash on arm and tingling feeling. My infant has samething with worms in his stool. This also might be end of the world stuff were just the early victims:( I predict this will happen to millions and not be so weird very soon. Unless this is eugenics? I wouldn't be suprised. Population control? Either way you must get it out google MMS and follow the protocol for parasites

Hate to tell you this, but this is NOT scabies. You will go to the doctor, they will think you are crazy. Do you have tracks under your skin? If not then they will tell you it's not scabies. And it's not anyway so DO NOT wait until your appointment, start kicking their *** now.
Do exactly what I recommended 5 post above yours. I wish I had know all that stuff that I know now. I believe and many others do as well, if you catch this early it can and will be beat. BEAT IT. Trust me, you'll be sorry a year from now if you don't follow the protocol I'm on.
As far as your house, move if you can. If you can't Apple Cider Vinegar is your friend (no Wal-Mart), find the all natural version and spray away (don't forget the ceiling). From personal experience I know these things are outside so seal off any holes or openings in windows and top/bottom of doors.
It's a lot of work, but your going to end up doing it anyway with no results, now is the time. Take action, or become a sufferer, like me.

Do exactly what I said in my past post and save yourself some time and money. These are parasites, not just flys. You need you stop it in your body before they get too bad.
The bugs I have is too small for a MRI and the ears scopes. It is a mircoscope and a doctor that will think out side of the box.

DON”T use Poison fine long term smell that last long time. Perfumes- food specs and even plants in the house.
I got this stuff in 07. You looking for a Tropical doctor. You will not find it in the doctor books. You will have to look in the schooling that they took. Watch it once you say bugs some will brand you crazy and on drugs. 99% of doctor come out of the same mold. I killed the house by using too munch poison and so I had to strip the house and put in wood floors. The washer and drys are in side the house and been thinking of moving them outside. What save me is mine family came up to help and they went after them. So I know I am not crazy. Don't use tape to catch them. Once you do this the doctor will laugh at you. Try other ways to catch them. I was going to try something like test tube so they drop out of the ears. I couldn't find something and gave up.
I got them in the lungs and middle ears in mine case. They will pop out of the ears to drop in to mine ears when I sleep. I will open up the eyes lids so they can drop out. I been using Vicks Vaporub around the ears and under the noise. It help me to drive them out place it tell me how bad I got them in the ears. So use fabric softener toilets in the dryer and lay them around the house.
Get the house smell anyway you can. They breath in the smell and will not like it. Poison is from plants and the smell don't last.
In to this will help you find where the nest is. If you have them just in the lungs and noise I have a feeling it would be easy to get rid of.

Hey sorry to intrude but I have the same exact symptoms as you have. I've been reading this blog and I'm wondering do you have any leads on this? Is this something I'm goin to deal with the rest of my life? Is there any suggestions to what I should get cxhecked for? Or let my doctor kno? Its kinda just started but its really aggrevating I have bugs following me everyday. I shower twice a day and shampoo everyday, I've tried lice shampoo and spraying my house with rid lice but the crawling and ithcing just won't stop. Thing is I've just moved into a new apt, I don't Understand how flies can follow a person constantly everyday, not only is it a diff kind of fly its a diff fly everywhere I go, I can't work as an employee I can't hang with friends not try to date. Its a nightmare I need help a lead on something I have thought of everythg I can think of? Is their any ideas out there? I can't take it anymore its drivin me crazy
