Migraines for a week, feverish but no fever

Ive been having bad migraines off and on (more on) for over a week now & feel feverish with them but no fever. There's been colds going around but I feel this should've passed by now. I've taken Tylenol etc, nothing helps. I've be drinking more then enough fluids. I'm not sure if I should keep waiting or go to the dr,

I have to add that you should do this before deciding to go to a doctor and add pills and other bad stuff in you. But you should always listen to your body. If that pain seems weird and dangerous to you, go to the doctor. I don't like doctor's 'healing' approach to a patient, but I have to admit that they are perfect to solve a problem (even if they cause some other/s in it's place) when there is nothing else to be done anymore.

I am a fan of holistic approaches and of raw diet. When it comes to health, I think it is essential to drink a lot of water as you do and eat (or drink) mainly fruits and vegetables, but keep your diet moderate. Avoid all animal products. What you want to do is give your body the nutrients it needs, detoxify your body (I'd even recomment a few days of fresh home made juice fast if possible) and let it rest as it deserves in order to help it heal itself. The same (fast) goes with your thoughts, especially now that you have to deal with migraines. Close the tv, ask your  family not to tell you bad news, laugh with sth, stop worrying. I know there are a lot to worry about, but if we love ourselves there are no excuses.
Well, if there is some thought that caused it, then you shouldn't ignore it, just recognize it and finally let it go. Take a bath, brush your body, to cleanse any bad energy stuck in the surface. If you can, do some excersise to bring oxygen in you. Other ways is to visualize the pain going away, you can find several technics in internet or come up with sth that apeals to you. Also, ask of some reiki (you can also ask it from some forums for free), thai massage or other type of energy healing. You want your energy to flow. Take care of yourself and your body, cause we threat our body a little harder than it can handle, and regardless, it manages to take good care of us for a long time till finally it has to alert us through pain!
