Need to know why this happend

woke up at 5 in the moring feeling hot so got up to trun a/c up and felt real dizzy the room was spining sat down then went to the rest room and was siting on the toilet stomach was hurting felt nauseated had a bowl  movement then vomited went to lay back down but was still dizzy my husband said it was cause i was playing a game on my cell phone for to long i was on it for 2 or 3 hrs then went to bed could that have caused that to happen?

thanks for your comment i did not take my temperature and i did not feel hot i dont think i had a temp but even after i got up and layd back down i was still dizzy i sat up and went to sit out side and was still dizzy could not lay down cause the room was spining i had to fall a sleep siting up a little still dont know y it happend never happend again

I cannot see that the cell phone would do that. You probably ate something that was a bit off! or had a 24 hour bug with a bit of a temperature.. The dizziness was probably because your blood pressure was too low and you got up suddenly.  A high temperature could also make you vomit.
