help my bf is fading away!!!

hey everyone my bf is 28yrs old,
he works full time and i cook everynight healthy
meals and sometimes we indulge in fast foods and sweets

he has been loosing weight and we can see all bones on his body in hips back and chest, all bumps on his spine are showing!
he says he feels ok but we are worried about the fact he is eating enuff sometimes alot and still loosing weight

please comment if you have advise thanks

health care hear in scotland is ok
family history of cancer also strokes not sure of much else
hopefully docs will give him a full m.o.t and we cam find out

just needed some advise due to the fact hes eating great and loosing weight we took pics witj my digi cam and it looks bad to see how thin he really is

I agree with Panda's questions,  and also noticed you're in the UK.

Do you not have any access to health care?  I've heard nightmares about your medical care wait lists.

He really sounds INCREDIBLY thin.  Can you get an emergency doctor's appt?

Thyroid checked?

The TSH is NOT an accurate portrayal of actual thyroid hormone status in body, so if Dr has checked and tells him he's "in range" it is a good idea to double check this and research it as well.

Any lab tests? Blood work? Scans? MRI's?

When has he been to dr to get exam'ed?

Other symptoms? Pre-conditions? Diagnoses?

Family history for anything similar?

Diabetes checked for? Viruses?

Just some questions to get some more info. Would love to help more, but it's hard over a computer. We're not docs. Can only offer advice or leads to look at...
