Pain under pit

For about 1 year and 1/2 I have had occasional pain under my right armpit, but not in my armpit, under it, like in my ribs. the pain travels from under my pit to under my right breast. the pain comes and goes and can last from minutes to weeks. it hurts to breathe in when i have the pain. the doc says the xray shows nothing. help?

i have a son who is complaining of pain in the right armpit and can feel it when he puts his arm out straight! could the doctor tell me what this may be please?

Welcome to the forum!
A pain from the lower end of armpits and into the breast should be investigated in lines of fibroadenosis of breast. This is a non cancerous condition and can be diagnosed by a breast ultrasound. Please consult your gynecologist regarding this.
