I'm 18 years old, 5'9 1/2" and around 135lbs. I'm athletic and make sure to eat properly. My hands and feet are almost always freezing cold even in the summer. I've been having strange fainting spells since I can remember and lately, they've gotten worse. For example, I can sit down for about ten minutes and get up normally, not fast at all, and walk about twenty feet and all of a sudden I feel pressure in the front of my head and my vision starts to get cloudy and partially black (about 3/4). The pounding in my head usually lingers for about a half hour after I regain vision, but my vision is still a bit blurred for about 5-10 minutes afterwards.
Also, lately, I've noticed that I've been twitching. It's usually my legs, stomach, and left arm, but sometimes it's my whole body. It's getting quite annoying because if I do it a lot my muscles hurt.
