Penis - Glans

Hello,
Im only 14 years old.
I have been worried much for months months now,
because of my penis glans.  It got white tiny spots and it place at end of my glans.. it go around it   im not sure what they are?     it not itchy at all... also it dosnt hurt at all ...  
Facts about me it might helps get these answer..
I dont smoke... i dont drink an Alcohol  i dont smoke ethier.
but im Masturbation addicted though...
i hope u can get answer.... remember im onyl 14 :(

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
These could be pearly penile papules. They are small lumps of roughly the same size and shape. They are in a row around the margin of the head of the penis, and can be seen when the foreskin is pulled back. Also these can be present along the shaft and base of penis. These will go away with age and should be left alone. Please do not worry about them. Take care!
