Itchy skin can be a sign of liver disease or kidney failure, so do get checked out.

Glad you found out it wasn't your liver.  You can take magnesium, pyridoxene or uva ursi for kidney stones.   Hope you get your rashes taken care of.  Do you have food allergies?

thank you for your replies, its not the liver though, its not inflamed upon medical examination. but youre right i need to detox as the sgpt is 5x normal value. i have kidney stones but have to check the itchy rashes with a dermatologist.

Sounds like liver to me, too.  I agree with Caryopteris.  Drink lots of water and take a detox for your liver  Burdock root, lemonade (no sugar), and licorice root.  Hope your itching stops soon!
