Fast heartbeat, jumpy, blood has rushed to my head and I feel dizzy

I am only 18 but right now am feeling so strange and weird. Like I never have before. It feels like all the blood has rushed to me head. My heart is ppounding so fast and I am so jumpy i can barely type what I am wanting to say. I feel somewhat dizzy.I am freezing and then in a little bit be burning up. I don't feel right and I don't know what's wrong with me.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Consult a doctor to rule out high blood pressure, gastric reflux, hormonal imbalance, thyroid problems and pinched cervical spinal nerves. TMJ and ear infection are the other possibilities. Take care!

Do you consume a lot of caffiene?  Sound a little like dehydration.  Even though we all feel like we drink enough fluids, sometimes we don't.  That is the first think that jumped to my mind.  Another possibility could be problems with your thyroid.  I would have a physician check this out if you feel like something is wrong.
