Speaking aloud your inner thoughts

Peaking aloud inner thoughts without meaning to can be rude, unnecessary, and offensive.
For example, about the weather I might leave the country - to a friend, an Indian - was offensive.
But I did not realise or stop myself - until I had left the shop.

Is this not a symptom of tourrettes?
Can one suffer a form of tourettes without a tic?

In a classroom setting we teachers often say that students that do that are verbal where as some other one might be a tactile person.  I doesn't mean you have tourrettes for sure.  If excessive have it checked out.  Lots of people think out loud .

I'm not quite sure what you're describing here.  Are you saying you literally did not realize you were speaking,  although you were saying something coherent that you thought you were only thinking,  not speaking?

That doesn't sound like Tourettes.
